Let’s have a closer look at our first pick of the “10 Great Craft Projects”

1. Paper Punch Charm Bracelet – This paper punch charm bracelet looks stunning and is easy to make. You can make it for yourself, or it would be a great gift idea as well. All you need is a metal charm bracelet, some water color paper, and scrapbook paper. Find all the details {here}.

2. Shark Art – The moment I saw this cute shark art piece, I fell in love with it. I guess the whole picture just fits together perfectly: The grey shark head with its white teeth sticking out onto the light blue background. What a genius idea. The person who makes this art/craft constructs them out of recycled fence wood (hence it looks so authentic and rugged) and bright white plastic for the teeth. If you are a crafty person, you can easy figure out yourself on how to make your own shark, otherwise don’t forget to stop by {over there}.

3. Origami Monster Bookmarks – How cute is that?! A great idea to do with your kids – and very useful as well. Who does not need bookmarks, although nowadays books are slowly replaced by Kindles and iPads… Anyhow, this great craft project only takes about 15 minutes or so. Check out the tutorial {here} for complete instructions.

4. Glow in-the-dark Jar -  This is probably the most impressive project from our list of 10 great craft projects. If you look at the image, you won’t believe how easy it is. At the beginning, from only looking at the pictures, I thought that the jars are filled with some kind of material. But if you read the instructions, you will be amazed how simple it really is. The only downside is, that you need to order/buy first some glowing paint. But after that you are set to go and can complete this unique craft project in 30 minutes maximum. Check out the {instructions}.

5. Paper Cube String Lights – How awesome does that look! If you are in for some romantic vibes or just want to spice up your room with some pretty lights, then this is the craft project for you. Again, as most of our 10 great craft projects, this is quite simple to make. You only need to follow 16 simple steps. Amazing how some paper cubes can change the atmosphere in the room. Ah, and don’t forget to get first string LED lights (recommended over ordinary lights for safety reasons). You can find the {tutorial} here.

6. Owly Craft – Very cute sewing inspiration. There are no instructions available for this owl, but if you look closely at the picture, you will figure it out yourself. You should draw a simple pattern on some paper and then proceed from there. This could make this owl for your own baby or surprise someone with a cute gift. Find the {source} here.

7. Shark Pencil Case – Funny, the second shark crafting project… A very unique idea for a pencil case that will make any kid or even grown-up stand out. You can buy it on {Etsy} or get inspired by the idea and make your own. If you are slightly crafty and know how to use a sewing machine, then nothing should be stopping you. Don’t forget to mix up some bold textured fabrics with solid fabrics (as fins).

8. Little Guiding Stars – These little origami stars do not only look pretty, but they include a meaningful quote in the center. What are you waiting for, get yourself some Origami paper and start crafting… By the way, you can find the intro to this craft project over {there} and a video version {here}.

9. Stone Feet Craft Project -  Get inspired by the cute stone feet image and just make your own. The best way is to plan a beautiful trip into the nature with the purpose of collecting some smooth rocks. That combines family time with crafting. No better way to do that! Check out the original {image}.

10. Sock Monkeys – I love these sweet dolls. This is the perfect gift for a loved one. Although this cute monkey doll looks quite difficult to make, you will be surprised you simple it is to get going. The advantage of the sock monkey craft project is that you don’t need any special fancy fabric, but can just use what you have at home…. I got you inspired, so just head over to the tutorial {there}.
